Meatball&Pepper Subbie

Now when I’m hungry, I’m HUNGRY. I want a Texas sized meal and I want it now! However, I’m not always in the mood to go full throttle and prepare such a delight. That’s where a good ole sammich comes in handy. Once a week I like to prepare a diner sammich to save me some time in the kitchen and also feed my hungry crowd I call family. Just to be clear I’m not talking about lettuce and tomato, a trio of meats and some fancy cheese here, I’m talking bout a big ole greasy, messy, sloppy, cheesy, can’t possibly hold in your hands sloppy ole sammich!!! Now saddle in cowboys and cowgirls, lets go for a ride.
